These terms govern your use of Your Echo (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Your Echo.

What Your Echo is — and isn't

Your Echo is a wellness and motivation product that lets you interact with a representation of your future self. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. Always consult a professional before making significant changes to your exercise, nutrition, or health. If you may be having a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not rely on the app for any decision where an error could cause harm.

Your content and likeness

You keep ownership of the photos, voice sample, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the app for you — for example, to generate your future-self images and synthesize your future self's voice — as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, and that it is of yourself.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to impersonate someone else, upload anyone's likeness or voice without their consent, break the law, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its safety features.

Subscriptions

Your Echo is free to download and permits users to explore its non-call surfaces without subscribing. It offers an auto-renewable subscription, Echo Membership, which unlocks ongoing user-initiated live voice calls and proactive incoming calls with your future self. Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. Monthly and annual options are available; prices, trial eligibility, and the selected subscription term are shown in the app before purchase. Local App Store pricing applies.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Purchases are handled by Apple under the terms of the Apple Media Services / App Store agreement, which apply in addition to these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Echo and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
